MY EXAMS ARE OVER

My exams are over! I did alright, for my standards.

Considering the fact it has been quite a while since I had an in depth discussion about my life with you (not that you actually want to know), I shall tell you what has been going on so far.

1) I became a hundred times more obsessed over Benedict Cumberbatch.
I mean, come on! Look at the man!

Gorgeous, need I say more?

2) I became obsessed with Tom Hiddleston.

Now here's the thing: when you've got the Cumbers-bumbers-wumbers (Simon Pegg's words, not mine), Tom Hiddleston is bound to pop up on your Tumblr now and again. They are both equally cute, and handsome and are usually the cause of many fangirls' ovaries exploding into tiny bloody pieces (lovely visual image, I know).

My not-so-healthy obsession with the man is due to the fact I watched Thor, as well as The Avengers, and Loki was literally just UNF in them. I have a problem, and it's that I prefer villains to the heroes themselves. This can be quite a problem when something tragic is going on and I'm just smiling inappropriately simply because the villain looks cute while killing.

Example: In The Avengers, Loki digs out some poor dude's eyeball and all I could think was: Wow, he's cute.

Loki, not the poor guy, I mean.

3) I've watched more movies in the past two weeks then I have in my entire 14 years of living.

Since my exams ended last Wednesday, I watched Thor, The Avengers and Star Trek: Into Darkness. I watched 3 and a half movies (the half is because I watched Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides for a short while before going to sleep) in 3 days and while others are certainly capable of watching more movies in the same amount of time, I still find it incredible that I watched so many movies.

4) Speaking of Star Trek: Into Darkness, I became a trekkie and joined other fandoms as well.

Yes, I have joined others to become a trekkie. I don't think STID was that good of a movie and I felt that Star Trek, the first movie of the reboot series, was much better. I've also joined the Marvel fandom and now I'll have to update my Tumblr to show the new fandoms I joined.

5) My Tumblr underwent so many face lifts that I lost count.

Bit of a life lesson here: your Tumblr is YOUR own. Your Tumblr is essentially your life condensed into tiny pictures and gifs and manips and allowing others to dictate what your Tumblr should be like is equivalent of allowing others to dictate what your life should be like.

If you think your Tumblr is awesome, then it is fucking awesome. If you think you have the best Tumblr in the world, then goddamit, you have the best Tumblr in the world.

But let's not lie to ourselves, it is obvious I have the best Tumblr in the whole world.

6) I discovered I am unable to feel normally any more.

The fact that I do not ship 10 and Rose (referring to Doctor Who here) but still cried during Doomsday, when SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT 10 disappeared before being able to tell Rose he loved her, but did not cry during STID, when SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT that Captain Kirk died (don't worry, he came back to life) and that I am more attached to him than 10 and Rose, is rather worrying for me.

Not to mention, even though my exam results are fine, I still wanted to have a little weep when I came home (I didn't) and thought I would put Thor on and cry. Let me repeat myself, I wanted to watch Thor. Out of all the sadder movies I could have chosen, I chose Thor, which is essentially a comedy with violence thrown in at the end.

Point proven.

That's about it really, what I've been up to since I last had a nice long time to have a chat over a cup of tea (don't be stupid, Hui Ying. You still can't make a proper cup of tea) and discuss with strangers about my life.

Always remember, 42 is the answer to Life, the Universe and everything, and you should be fine till I see you next time. Bye!

Dead, dead, dead

Good God, it is already half way through September! You know what this means?

I've got 3 days to finish my Welcome To Night Vale episodes before the next one comes out!

Hahaha, just kidding. More like: I have less than two weeks to my EOY exams. Fuck.

Seriously, it is practically the end of the September holidays and I am still chionging homework when everyone else has more or less finished and has started revising.

I am so very, very dead.

So if you are still procrastinating, I suggest you start studying NOW because if you don't, you will die and your mum will kill you before selling you to Hannibal Lecter. He will eat you for dessert.

Bye.

The problems with limited memory space

Remember how I used to complain about my old phone with an astounding memory space of 181MB?

Well, my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini has a space of 4GB and somehow or another, I have already used it all up.

As I am typing this, there is a notification saying that I can't download Restaurant Story because there is no more space.

I'm starting to suspect that this is because I downloaded a 28 chapter podcast.

But c'mon, it's my Welcome to Night Vale podcast! (Can you believe all 28 chapters are free? Neither can I!)

Wouldn't life be much simpler if our phones had unlimited memory space? Just think about it! All the apps that you want in your phine with no danger of using all of it's memory space.

Alright, I'm going to go and delete more apps to make space for Restaurant Story.

A quick update

How the hell did I not blog during the month of July?

Sorry guys.

It's Singapore's 48th birthday today! :D Yeah, that's pretty cool.

This has to be quick because I am not supposed to be on my laptop so a quick update.

I've joined 4 fandoms: Sherlock, Doctor Who, Supernatural and Welcome to Night Vale. This is definitely going to be bad for my health. If you are part of any these fandoms, high 5!

My exams are next week so I am going to study after getting off the laptop.

I've joined a little YouTube group but I'm not going to share which group is that cause I know I have people from school reading my blog.

Hi! *waves*

Ok, I've got to go. Bye!

What teenagers are entitled to

1) A day to sulk
2) Be bitchy and have no one comment
3) Constant compliments
4) More food
5) More money
6) Less nagging
7) No school
8) Life
9) No homework
10) 2 6 month vacations a year
11) A holiday with no homework ( YOU HEAR THAT TEACHERS? AMERICAN TEACHERS DO THAT, WHY CAN'T YOU?)

If you can't tell, I'm majorly pissed.

The 5 things that irk me

There is something very wrong with that hit counter over there, I have much more visits than that >:(

Anyway, hi guys!

My laptop is still confiscated and I'm starting to reconsider blogging from my phone, seeing as it will just make everybody's life easier.

I don't really have any idea what to blog about so today, I shall just tell you 5 things (more or less) that irk me!

ONE

I hate it when my phone crashes. Or hangs. Or does something it is not supposed to.

You get the idea.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not looking at porn, but sometimes you just need to close down your phone as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Like when the boss calls you for a last minute meeting and you're playing Bakery Story on your phone.

Let's just say... awkward max.

Can you imagine going into the minute, and your phone is still playing the song? DE DE DE DE DE DEDE DE DE

No thanks.

TWO
When people talk to me when my earphones are in. I know sometimes I am the one who said 'Hi' first but your entertainment value has been used up. Now leave me alone to listen to my music in peace.

THREE
When people call me while I'm playing a game, or listening to more music. I will be happily playing Virtual Village 4 or listening to the latest song I downloaded when suddenly, totally silence and everything hangs. I will just be like, "What? What?! What is going on?" Then the phone starts to ring, and of course the ringtone just has to be loud and obnoxious and completely embarrasing. One minute it's just radio silence and the next, "AH AH AH AH STAYING ALIVE STAYING ALIVE AH AH AH AH STAYING ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

FOUR
When people think it is alright to invade your personal space. NO, IT IS NOT ALRIGHT. IT IS CALLED 'PERSONAL' FOR A REASON. Please, back off. By at least 5 km. Or 5 planets, it is totally fine by me.

FIVE
When we are in a crowd and some idiots decide to stop. Like come on!

As you can tell,  I am not a big fan of crowds. This is why my parents keep me away from big events. Because I start threatening to murder everyone under my breath.

And that's it! The 5 things that irk me!

See you soon!

The problem with love

Hey guys!

OK, is there something wrong with the format?

...

Nevermind, it's just me.

Sorry that I haven't been on for quite sometime. My laptop has been confiscated (the world is about to end) so I can't blog that much and I really dislike blogging from my phone because it's irritating.

What about this weather huh? I can barely see in this haze, I'm pretty sure I am going to bump into some poor soul and then we will become friends and start dating and get married...

Yeah, that was a pretty shitty introduction to my little segment today:

THE PROBLEM WITH LOVE

Seriously, it's nice to have a crush and be in love and all that jazz but for those who are FA (Forever Alone) like me, that shit gets real old, real fast. Let me show you why.

(The following problems are made up, in order to make sure some poor sap doesn't end up being the butt of jokes)

So I really like this guy and I'm pretty sure he likes me back cause he smiled at me in the hallway the other day but then again, he could be smiling at my best friend who was with me. I heard he is a player and a lot of girls say that they have been with him but I'm sure they are all lying cause he helped me and he was really sweet and I really like  him, but he has a girlfriend but she is terribly mean to him and isn't good for him...

You get the point.

So I shall point out all the problems and give you a big heaping spoonful of medicine and get-your-head-fucking-straight advice.

1) He smiled at me in the hallway
My teachers smile at me in the hallway. Point proven.

2) He could be smiling at my best friend
If you aren't even sure who he was smiling at, always assume he was smiling at the wall and that the smile was sincere.

3) I heard that he is a player and a lot of girls say that they have been with him
If you have heard that he is a player, then he most probably is. Some of those girls may have been lying but that's only a small percentage.

4) He helped me and he was really sweet
Doesn't mean anything. He is most probably just playing you ^^^

5) I really like him, but he has a girlfriend
STAY AWAY YOU NITWIT DON'T BE A HOMEWRECKER

6) But she is terribly mean to him and isn't good for him
Not your problem. Keep walking. Unless of course they are in an abusive relationship, in which case get involved by calling the police.

And there you have it, problems with love.

P.S  Nothing happened to me, I'm just thought this was a good idea to write about while just staying awake through pure adrenaline.
